Capital Investments LLC is currently structuring a series
of funds which will be rolled out in 2009 and 2010.
Acquire a diverse portfolio of domestic income producing energy
assets. The fund will acquire positions in oil and gas royalties,
overriding royalties, and mineral interests, in addition to
wind royalties.
The Madison Capital Energy Income Funds will be private
placement offerings to available to qualified accredited investors.
- Investment Diversification –
An asset will consist of a mix of energy assets located in
geographically diverse areas of the U.S.
- Proven Operators – Fund
managers will pursue assets managed by large, well capitalized
operators
- Proven Reserves – All
assets will have 3rd party engineering verifying the reserves
and reserve life.
- Longevity – Assets will
have proven reserves of 35+ years
- Cash Flow – Proceeds will
be distributed quarterly to all partners
- Upside Potential – Undeveloped
mineral acreage gives owners the opportunity for new wells
to be added, at no cost to investors.
- Initial Assets – Some
producing royalties will already be purchased or under contract
as the funds open to investors.
